Excellent staff, knowledgeable and helpful. I almost always end up getting the best prices here after searching other big box stores. Clean and bright store and great parking. Never gets crazy busy - always a pleasure
I tried to get some documents printed, signed and scanned, but their scanner stopped working. As I waited for them to troubleshoot the scanner, my charged time on the computer went up to $6. When they finally gave up trying to get it to work they offered to scan my document onto my USB for $3 a pagr. Rather than accepting I could have gotten them scanned within the time it took them to troubleshoot their scanner, they decided to try and charge me more. Very poor customer service.
