They were horrible to us. Emmerson's lied to us about the date we were getting our pool, told us to cancel, wouldn't answer our calls and were flat out rude. We made the first payment before we even got the pool. They weren't going to set it up for us because we had a family member do our ground work. Finally we wrote about it online only for Ryan Emmerson to contact us and tell us that we had to delete our post. Fine we deleted it off Facebook without an issue -we just wanted our pool- but we couldn't delete it off of the website. He then told us to lie about it which was our drawing point. We canceled our pool and now we are in the predicament that we probably won't be able to get a pool this summer. After we bought th pool and were having issues friends and famiky told us about their horrible experiences.

Customer service is spot on. Product knowledge is strong as is advice given. Bought a new pool pump today... and was in and out the door quickly.
