Great Service! Very knowledgeable staff was able to to quickly find exactly what I needed to get into trail running. Shoes were priced reasonably with no extra mark-up compared to online. Highly recommended!
I was shopping for boots today in the city. I stopped by various retailers and found poor selection and very little sizes available. All of these retailers had extreemly poor customer service with long wait times.I placed a call to River and Trail to see what they had in stock. They were busy and could bot answer my call, however promptly called me back even though I did not leave a message. The young man on the phone was very helpfull. We confirmend what I was looking for and said they do carry them, however did not have my size in stock. Even though I did not make a purchase or even step into the store, I felt like and was treated like a valued customer. More retailers need to have this level of customer service!Good job guys!
Pricey but good selection,good layout and great quality with super friendly and knowledgeable staff. If you have a chance check out their evening special guests for talks on local area hikes and camping. Awesome end of season sales.
